All sections are built from heavy duty steel for durabilty and are powder coated to maintain a clean and professional lab storage environment for years.

AmLabs storage units nest in a 20" X 20" space, allowing for long-term, high volume, and accessible storage of slides and cassettes, without tieing up valuable laboratory space. 

Slide drawer sections and cassette block sections may be interchanged in the same stack, or they may be grouped with like sections in segregated stacks, depending upon individual lab requirements.  

Order just the sections you need now, and add more sections as needed later.  One top section and one base section are required for each stack of up to 15 drawer sections.

Each powder-coated modular slide section contains 14 drawers and each drawer has a capacity of 400 slide specimens, providing a total capacity of 5,600 slides per drawer section.  Modular slide sections may be stacked up to 15 units high with one base section and one top section. Need space for cassettes too? The slide sections may also be used with cassette block sections with up to a combined 15 modules in the same stack.

Problems with flimsy cardboard boxes full of blocks?  AmLabs offers a  solution with this modular powder-coated cassette drawer section.  14 drawers with a capacity of 65 biopsy or embedding cassettes per drawer.  Compression block in each drawer keeps the cassettes upright even when the drawer is only partially full.  These sections may be stacked up to 20 units high with one base section and one top section, providing storage for 18,200 blocks in less than 3 sq. ft. of floor space, or cassette drawer sections may be used in combination with slide drawer sections in a stack of up to 15 drawers.
